About

Dr. Gregory B. Ang's Bio

Dr. Ang received his medical degree from The Johns Hopkins University. He continued training at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he completed a residency in Internal Medicine in 2003. This was followed by a Cardiology Fellowship at Duke University Medical Center, where he focused on noninvasive and advanced cardiovascular imaging, completing an advanced training fellowship at the Duke Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Center.


Dr. Ang joined the medical staff of Saint Joseph's Hospital of Atlanta as a cardiologist in 2007. As a Fellow of the Saint Joseph's Heart and Vascular Institute, he is involved in clinical trials and research utilizing various noninvasive cardiovascular imaging modalities. Dr. Ang is board certified as a Diplomate in Cardiovascular Disease, Adult Comprehensive Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, and Cardiovascular Computed Tomography. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, and a member of the Societies of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance and Cardiovascular Computed Tomography.
